In Person Appointments

1. Book your appointment. You can do this by phone, via email, or book online. Yes, I do last minute appointments!

2. If possible, send me a copy of your government issued ID (no health cards) i.e. Drivers License or passport as well as your completed (but unsigned) documents, at least 30 minutes before your appointment. This makes the appointment go much faster. If you cannot send your documents and ID before hand, that's okay, but the appointment will take longer.

3. Come to your appointment. You will be asked to sign a Liability Waiver form. Come with your government issued ID and your completed but unsigned document(s) and any witness(s) you may need (I may be able to provide a witness if necessary. Please contact me if this service is required).

**Please send documents and ID to tpparalegal40@gmail.com at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment to make the appointment only take 5 minutes!
